1 Overview
We want you to be satisfied with our service. This policy explains when you are entitled to a refund for an Ortel Mobile top-up request placed through aufladenreload.org.
2 Eligible Refunds
You are entitled to a full refund in the following situations:
- (a) Your top-up cannot be processed due to a technical error on our side.
- (b) The top-up was not delivered to the correct number despite your form being filled in correctly.
- (c) You did not receive a confirmation and the top-up was not applied to your account.
3 Non-Eligible Refunds
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
- (a) You provided an incorrect Ortel Mobile number at the time of the request.
- (b) The top-up was successfully applied to the number you provided.
- (c) You changed your mind after the top-up was processed and applied.
4 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at care@aufladenreload.org within 7 days of your request. Please include the following information in your message:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- The Ortel Mobile number you used
- Your transaction reference or order number
- A brief description of the issue
5 Processing Time
All refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days of receipt. Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days and returned via the original payment method used for the transaction.
You will receive an email notification once your refund request has been reviewed and a decision has been made.
